Payment Options
Paypal is the payment service which processes all credit card transactions. American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover are processed through a secure server (signing up for a Paypal account is free and easy and just takes a few minutes). Checks are accepted and product is shipped once funds have been verified. anna&mom accept phone orders.

Return Policy
As all items offered by anna&mom are custom made by hand, items are final sale. To be eligible for exchange, items must be returned in their original, unworn and unused condition within 10 days of receipt. Please contact anna@annaandmom.com prior to sending product, so exchange item may be reserved. 

Shipping and gift wrap fees are non-refundable.

Sales Tax
Items shipped outside the state of New Jersey are not subject to sales tax. Items such as Burp Cloths, Cart Covers, Changing Pads, Highchair Helpers, Table Throws and Diaper Bags are subject to a 6% sales tax when shipped within New Jersey.

Shipping and Handling
In stock items will ship within 2 to 3 business days. All anna&mom items are handmade, please be patient as delivery times may vary.

Shipping fees for ground service as follows:

0-$15.00 $5.95 

$15.01-$25.00 $7.95

$25.01-$50.00 $8.95

$50.01-$75.00 $9.95

$75.01-$100.00 $12.95

$100.01-$150.00 $14.95

Purchases over $150.00 will be quoted on an individual basis.
2nd Day and Overnight shipping rates are available upon request.
International Orders are subject to applicable tarriffs and duties.

Gift Wrap
A gift wrap service is available for a $6.00 fee. Please specify pink, blue or cream ribbon. A hand written enclosure card is also available. If shipped directly to recipient, please include shipping and billing address.

Wholesale Orders
Wholesale Orders may be placed by contacting anna&mom at 856.740.0789 or anna@annaandmom.com. A 50% deposit is required on all wholesale orders at the time that the order is placed. The remaining balance is due upon receipt of the shipment.

Privacy Policy
The information that is provided when an order is placed is solely used for the purpose of completing the transaction. This information is not shared with any outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
